Meet Akeelah Columbus
Akeelah Kimberly Columbus takes on the role of Mom on the Akeelah1998 YouTube series! She loves all 13 of her daughters and is the best actress on the show. Next to Juliyah she loves to be a diva. Akeelah is also a big fan of the SunshineAG12 YouTube channel. On her days of acting, she works 12pm to sometimes 3am to get the episode done. Most importantly, even though she is very strict with her daughters, she loves them very much and would do anything for them like every mom would.

Meet Natalie C.

Natalie Rose is the tom boy of the family. She loves soccer, baseball, and football. Mostly Natalie likes helping others. She likes to think of herself as one of the more mature sisters.

Meet Gwendolynn C.

Gwendolynn (who likes being called Gwen) is the second youngest Columbus in her family. At almost 8 years old, she likes being one of wizards in her family. In her free time, she likes to read. Her birthday is 12-21-05













Meet Kaya C.

Kaya Joy Columbus is a gymnast, sweet and loving like her sister.  She loves to make people laugh out loud!  She loves to have play dates with her friends.  She is also a girly girl like her sister Addison and loves things that sparkle and shine. She also loves to spend time with her family.  She has been trying to learn how to sew lately...we shall see how that works out!

Meet Juliyah C. 

Juliyah Alexa Columbus is the diva of the family next to her mother Akeelah. Unlike any of her other sisters she hates to get up early, but loves to sleep in. Her record for sleeping in is 12:00 pm. Juliyah loves to go to the mall to new clothes and jewelry. Most of all she loves her family and friends, and loves when people spell her name right!

Meet Molliegh C.

Molliegh Jade Columbus is a very active girl that loves to act on the Akeelah1998 YouTube series. She loves to walk her dog Lily and loves to play with her also. Her best friend is Hayden from SunshineAG12 YouTube channel. She also gets along with her sister Reba.

Meet Addy C.

Addison Taylor Columbus, (who likes being called Addy) is the nicest out of the Columbus sisters since she is the most polite and giving. When others try to bring her down, Addy stays positive and stays strong. She is most thankful about her family and friends, who support her acting on the Akeelah1998 YouTube series.

Meet Kanani C.

Kanani Grace Columbus is already heading to High School!  Much like other teenagers, Kanani likes to be independent. Kanani likes her part being one of the family wizards in the Akeelah1998 Youtube series. Kanani is also the oldest in her family. Her favorite books are the Hunger Games series. She loves to play the guitar.

Meet Georgie C.

Georgie Helen has the funkiest personality out of all of her sisters. She loves to travel. Her favorite book series is Junie B. Jones. Her favorite sport of all time is gymnastics.

Meet Sophiah C.

Sophiah June Columbus is a princess. She likes to boss her sisters around a lot because she wants to be in charge. Her favorite movie is Imagine That. She loves to read also. Her favorite book series is Junie B Jones.

Meet Reba C.

Meet Rebecca Lillian Columbus. In the beginning of the Akeelah1998 series she does not want to move at all, but at the end of the move she changes her mind and likes living in her new home state of Washington. Reba (as everyone calls her) loves baseball and football, much like her sister Natalie.  She has Type I diabetes and was recently fitted with an insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor.

Meet Emma C.

Emma Charlotte Granger Columbus is one of the youngest of the family. Emma is young but likes to act older than what she is because she wants to do more with her 12 older sisters. She loves watching her favorite TV show, Austin and Ally, on the Disney Channel with her sister Gwendolynn.  All of Emma’s initials are her nick name, which is E-C-G-C (or “easy cheesy”). According to Emma, she thinks that’s pretty funny (I still don’t get it). Emma is also named after Emma Watson, who's in the Harry Potter film series!

Nina Marissa Columbus has learned that living in a large family is both exciting and stressful.  She loves school and her favorite subject is math. She also likes to read.

 NeTaliyah Lucia Columbus is newest to the family and also the youngest. She is also nick named "Leah" in the Akeelah1998 American girl doll YouTube series.   Leah's favorite thing in the world is T.V. and playing with legos.
